We appreciate your promptness in submitting Criminal Record Checks as they take a few weeks to get completed and we are required to have all paper work completed for each volunteer.

More details and a list of  what to bring will be shared with you closer to the dates of training. Please note that we are not able to offer a second training session. We can only offer a volunteer shadowing orientation as a substitute to our training session, not ideal but an option if you must miss the training sessions.

WHAT? You will have the opportunity to complete some basic disability/chronic condition training as well as the basics of Stand Up Paddle Boarding, Aquatic games/ activites to help clients achieve their goals at our pool programs. You will work one-on-one with a client as their paddling buddy, each session, so we want to equip you to guide clients to succeed.

COST? Free!

WHEN? The volunteer commitment for the Fall Season is from Sundays afternoons for 4-6 weeks at a time.

WHY? Because you can really change the world, One Client, One Life, One water adventure at a time!
